Cold lead handoff and vetting
Where these leads come from, and why they’re real.
Most lead products sell you a name and a phone number that somebody bought from somebody else.
These come out of consumer work we actually do, and they get screened by a person before they ever reach you.
Where they come from
Consumer work, not a list.
A large part of what I do is aimed at consumers rather than agents — including a national podcast where I interview buyers and sellers about what they actually experienced. That work brings real people into contact with us, with a real reason to be there.
Nobody here is buying a database and reselling it to you by the seat.
What happens before you see one
Nurtured, then screened by a human.
They are nurtured first — no handoff the moment somebody fills in a form.
They get a full screening call. An actual conversation, with an actual person.
Only then are they handed off, and they are tagged to you.
The point of the screening call is not to qualify them for us. It is so that the first conversation you have is with somebody who knows why they are talking to you.
The honest part
This is not why you should join.
It is real, and it is included, and it will not fill your calendar by itself. If what you need is volume — more strangers, faster — this is not the program for that, and I would rather tell you now than take a month of your money finding out.
The business this is built to grow is the one already sitting in your phone. The leads are a bonus, not the thesis.
One thing that never changes
They become your relationships.
Once somebody is handed to you, they are yours — the same as everyone else in your sphere. Nobody here reaches out to them on your behalf, and nothing goes out under your name that you did not read.
And if you leave, they leave with you. They were your relationships. They stay that way.
