Pricing

$399 a month.

Month to month · No contract · Cancel any time

One price. Everything in it. There is no upgrade, no premium tier, and nothing held back for the people who spend more.

What’s in it

All of it. Not a starter version of it.

The Detox Plan — every Monday, live. 30 minutes.

The Dopamine Boost — every Wednesday, live. 30 minutes.

Reframe Mind — the platform. Included.

A Story Card for every person in your sphere — the whole relationship on one screen, and why to reach out now.

Over a dozen self-paced courses — seniors, marketing, AI fundamentals, and more.

Cold lead handoff and vetting.

The room — the people, and everyone they know.

Why there’s only one price

Because tiers are a trick.

The moment you build a bronze, silver, and gold, you’ve decided which of your members you’re going to serve badly. And every conversation after that quietly becomes a sales conversation instead of a coaching one.

I didn’t want to spend Mondays selling you the version of Monday you should have bought. So there’s one price, everybody’s in the same room, and nobody in it is worth more to me than anybody else.

If you want out

You cancel. That’s the whole process.

No exit interview, no retention call, no thirty-day notice, no minimum you have to hit first. Nobody from here will call to ask you to reconsider.

And if you come back in six months, you come back at the same price as everyone else.

What $399 does not buy

The honest part.

It isn’t a lead-generation program. The cold lead handoff is real, but it is not the reason to join and it will not fill your calendar by itself.

It isn’t one-on-one coaching. You get me live twice a week in a room, not on your calendar.

It isn’t a done-for-you service. Nobody here reaches out to your people on your behalf. That’s the entire point — those relationships are yours.

It doesn’t work if you never come. One hour a week is a small ask, but it’s a real one.

For context

Real estate coaching usually runs somewhere between five hundred and fifteen hundred dollars a month, often on a twelve-month contract.

I’m not going to pretend $399 makes this a bargain or that price is the reason to choose it. Plenty of expensive coaching is excellent, and plenty of cheap coaching is worthless.

What the price does mean is this: you can find out whether this works for you for the cost of one month, and leave without a fight if it doesn’t. That was the point.

The questions people actually ask

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one, and I know how that sounds. What’s true is that I’d rather have a room of people who stay because it works than a contract full of people who’d leave if they could. That’s the whole business model.

Am I going to get upsold?

No. There’s nothing else to sell you. If I ever build something separate, you’ll hear about it once and it will never come up inside a session.

What if I miss a bunch of weeks?

Life happens, and this business is relentless. Come back on a Monday. Nobody will mention it, because most of us have done it.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes. Come sit in on a Monday for free. Camera off, nobody will call on you, and nobody will follow up to ask what you thought.

Do I keep my data if I leave?

They’re your relationships. They were yours before you got here and they’re yours when you go.
